Welcome to Biofield Transformations, LLC. By using this website, purchasing services, scheduling appointments, or participating in Reiki or wellness services, you agree to the following Terms of Service and Client Agreement.
These Terms of Service include the Client Agreement and Informed Consent required prior to receiving Reiki and biofield energy healing services from Biofield Transformations, LLC.

The practitioner does not diagnose medical conditions, prescribe medications, perform medical treatment, or provide psychological therapy.

3. Reiki Client Agreement & Informed Consent
Reiki is a gentle energy-based practice that supports relaxation, balance, and overall well-being. Sessions may include light touch or hands-off energy work, guided awareness, breathwork, or meditation guidance. Sessions may be conducted in person or remotely.
By participating in Reiki services, you acknowledge and understand the following:
- Reiki is a complementary wellness practice.
- Results vary by individual and no specific outcomes are guaranteed.
- Reiki does not replace medical or psychological care.
- Participation is voluntary and you may stop a session at any time.
- You are responsible for your own health decisions and well-being.
- You will inform the practitioner of any relevant health conditions.
By scheduling or participating in services, you give informed consent to receive Reiki and related wellness services.

Description of Services
Reiki is a gentle, non-invasive energy-based practice intended to support relaxation, stress reduction, and overall well-being. Sessions may include light touch or hands-off energy work, guided awareness, meditation guidance, or breathwork practices. Sessions may be conducted in person or remotely.
Education & Experience
The practitioner is a certified Reiki practitioner trained in Usui Reiki and holistic wellness practices and maintains professional liability insurance.
Scope of Practice / Boundaries
Reiki practitioners do not diagnose medical conditions, prescribe medications, perform medical treatment, provide psychotherapy, perform massage therapy unless separately licensed, or manipulate the body in any way. Reiki and biofield energy healing are complementary wellness practices intended to support relaxation, stress reduction, and overall well-being and are not a substitute for medical or mental health care.
Payment (Donation) & Cancellation Policy
Payment or donation for Reiki sessions is expected at the time of booking or service unless otherwise agreed. Payments are non-refundable for completed sessions. Please provide at least 24 hours’ notice if you need to cancel or reschedule.
Client Consent
By scheduling an appointment or participating in Reiki or biofield energy healing services, you acknowledge that you have read, understand, and agree to this Client Agreement and voluntarily consent to receive Reiki and related wellness services.
Client Responsibility
Clients are responsible for their own health decisions and agree to inform the practitioner of any relevant health conditions. Participation in Reiki sessions is voluntary and clients may stop a session at any time.
4. Limitations of Liability
By participating in services provided by Biofield Transformations, LLC, you acknowledge that you are voluntarily participating in holistic wellness services and assume full responsibility for your participation.
You agree to release and hold harmless Biofield Transformations, LLC and the practitioner from any liability, claims, damages, or injuries arising from participation in Reiki sessions, meditation sessions, breathwork practices, or use of this website, except in cases of gross negligence.
Assumption of Risk: You use this site and our services at your own discretion and risk. You understand that results from Reiki vary by individual, and no outcome is guaranteed.
5. Confidentiality
We treat all personal information and session details with the utmost confidentiality. We will not share your information without your consent except as required by law.
6. Intellectual Property
All written materials, meditations, graphics, website content, and course materials are the intellectual property of Biofield Transformations, LLC and are protected by copyright and trademark laws.

8. Training Programs & Certifications

We offer Reiki training, attunements, workshops, and certification programs for various Reiki levels. These programs are designed to teach Reiki techniques and support personal and professional development.
Certification & Scope:
Successful completion of a training program may result in the issuance of a certificate of completion or attunement. Certification from Biofield Transformations™, LLC does not constitute a license to practice Reiki in any jurisdiction and does not guarantee compliance with local or state regulations. You are solely responsible for understanding and complying with any legal or regulatory requirements applicable to Reiki practice in your area.
Prerequisites & Discretion:
We reserve the right to set prerequisites, attendance requirements, and evaluation criteria for all training programs. We may issue, withhold, or revoke certificates at our sole discretion if program requirements are not met.
No Guarantee of Professional Outcomes:
Training and certification are educational in nature. We make no guarantee regarding employment, business success, client acquisition, or legal recognition resulting from participation in our training programs.
Payment & Refund Policy
Training fees are separate from Reiki session fees and are due in advance unless otherwise stated. Because attunements and digital training materials are delivered in part immediately, training payments are generally non-refundable once a program has begun. Requests for refunds prior to the start date must be submitted in writing and may be subject to an administrative fee.
9. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, USA. Any disputes shall be resolved in Florida courts or through informal resolution where possible.
10. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Updates will be posted on this page with a revised “Effective Date.” Your continued use of the website or services after changes means you accept the new Terms.
